Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of the products on this store, they are not able to be returned or exchanged once decorated, unless deemed defective. On any apparel order, please refernece the size chart link, to assist in choosing the correct size for your item in your cart. Please contact Justin@smithpro.com to discuss any issues with a product as soon as it has been received.
Shipping
In stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placed. On demand items, such as custom decorated apparel, will ship within 10-14 business days. If an order has both in stock and on demand items, in stock items will be held back to ship in one shipment to customer, unless alternative arrangements are made.
